■Keeps the serpentine belt from falling out
Removing A/C Compressor provides better performance,but it also causes the belt to fall out of the pulleys.
Relocating the Alternator prevents this issue.
■Protects Cylinder Block
Under extreme condition such as competition use ,the stock Cylinder Block easily gets cracked ato a stud bolt underneath the Alternator by its own vibration.
Relocating Alternator with this kit also prevents the provlrm and save your block.
■Keep Alterator away from heat
When running a big turbo on 2JZ, which is very popular setup in competition use, the Alternator is directly exposed to the heat coming from the Exhaust.
It’s ideal to relocate the Alternator to the Intake side to prevent heat damage.
※This relocation requires modification on the stock Alternator harnesses.
※This product is a kit of brackets and bolts to relocate the Alternator.
Serpentine belt, wire harness or any other parts required for the relocation are not included in the kit.
